This high-impact team plays a critical role in supporting hospital-wide staffing needs and delivering exceptional patient care across all units.
As a member of the Resource Unit, you will have the unique opportunity to gain broad clinical experience in diverse areas such as Medical-Surgical, ICU, PACU, and the Emergency Department, while receiving a 10% base rate bonus. This fast-paced role demands adaptability, strong critical thinking skills, and a high degree of autonomy as you help maintain seamless operations during census surges, staffing vacancies, and other dynamic care needs.
