Therapist & Counselor
Empowering patients on their mental health journeys, therapists and counselors provide counseling services and develop treatment plans to support patients with Behavioral Health diagnoses, while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ holistic well-being.
Care & Case Management
